Vendor Set-Up:
Vendors will check in with the Vendor coordinator upon arrival to the event grounds and receive a vendor badge. There will be a loading window and notifications will go out to approved vendors prior to the event. This event is a street festival; therefore, parking is limited. We advise that vendors bring a wagon or Dolley to move their merchandise between their vehicle and their spot. Cars will need to be moved away from the festival grounds by 11 am. Detailed information will be sent prior to the event to ensure an efficient setup process.

Vendor Take-Down:
Vendors can utilize their vendor supplied wagon or dolly to move their merchandise at the end of the event. Cars will not be allowed until we receive an all clear that ensures that vehicles can move through the festival grounds safely. All trash and belongings must be removed before leaving the festival grounds.

General Notes:

  1. The Vendor coordinator will notify each vendor whether they are approved or not. It is our intention to have a variety of vendors selling different merchandise. It is our intention to limit the number of vendors selling similar merchandise and the committee will make every effort to not place similar vendors in close proximity. The vendor committee is responsible for vendor placement, and spots will be assigned.

  2. All vendors shall be respectful. If a vendor does not follow the festival guidelines, they are subject to dismissal from the event.

  3. No merchandise should not be left unattended during the festival. We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged.

  4. Vendors who are approved shall only bring the items listed in their application. General vendors are not permitted to sell food from their area. If the vendor wishes to sell food, they must apply to be a food vendor and have the applicable City of Chicago food license.

  5. Non-profit vendors are not allowed to sell merchandise, they may only share information about their organization services. If items are being sold, the vendor must sign up as a Merchandise vendor.
