Dear Prospective Volunteer:
The 4th annual Beverly/Morgan Park Juneteenth Family Festival is only weeks away and we are calling all volunteers!
In 2023, Juneteenth Family Festival saw over 4,000 attendees! Since the festival began in 2019, the number of people attending have more than doubled every year. This year, we would love for you to give us a hand in order to make this another successful event! All help is welcomed! And the best part… free food provided to all volunteers!

If you are interested in becoming a Festival 2024 Sponsor, please let us know! This is a large-scale, and well-known event that presents a great opportunity to draw attention to your brand or cause.
The festival is well-promoted through social media, word of mouth, press releases and press coverage. As a sponsor you are actively showing that you support diversity and racial equity. As well, you will be able to show that you as a business support African-Americans in the neighborhood and beyond.

Vendor Registration Details
Location: 110th and Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643 (near or on the premises of Morgan Park United Methodist Church/ Morgan Park Presbyterian Church)
Date/Time: Saturday, June 15, 2024, 12 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Set-up begins at 9:00 a.m.)
Fees:
$200 – Merchandise Vendor (Zone 1)
$150 – Merchandise Vendor (Zone 2)
$50 – Non-profit Vendor
Early-bird application approvals and payments will receive a $25 discount.
Deadline to apply to be a vendor is May 31st, 2024

Prospective Donor:
Consider donating to The Beverly/Morgan Park Juneteenth Family Festival for 2024, to make this year’s free festival another successful festival for the community. As festival organizers, it was important that our festival be free for the entire community. However, as such a festival can be very costly to organize, it is only by the generous donations of individuals like you, and organizations and businesses alike, that this festival is possible.
This festival is hosted by Juneteenth Family Festival and Burst Into Books. Burst Into Books is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to helping the youth deepen their love of reading by integrating the arts, providing opportunities for them to engage with literary experts and authors, and providing a space for self-expression.
All donations and sponsorship for the festival are made through Burst into Books and are tax deductible. 100% of all money collected goes to meet the direct expenses of the festival.
